Jaleb’s expertise includes operations management, financial strategy, staff development, event coordination, and compliance oversight, backed by certifications in ServSafe and OSHA. His ongoing work in cybersecurity and digital innovation ensures Aurora Legacy remains forward-thinking in an increasingly technology-driven world.
In addition to leading Aurora Legacy, Jaleb serves as Operations Director and Board Member for the BrendaBear Foundation, where he drives community initiatives and strategic programming. His leadership reflects Aurora Legacy’s mission: that every beginning blossoms into a legacy.
Nicole Harrison
Chief Administrative Officer (CAO)
As CAO of Aurora Legacy, Nicole Harrison brings over 20 years of expertise in accounting, administration, research management, and organizational leadership. Her ability to manage complex systems, streamline operations, and ensure compliance allows Aurora Legacy to maintain its reputation for excellence and efficiency.
Nicole’s professional background includes strengths in financial management, budgeting, event planning, compliance, and large-scale organizational support. She is also a Georgia Certified Notary, Certified Life Coach, and College Board Certified professional, credentials that enhance the range and credibility of Aurora Legacy’s services.
Beyond her leadership at Aurora Legacy, Nicole serves as Chairwoman and Executive Director of the BrendaBear Foundation, where she oversees governance, strategy, and community programming. Together with her son, she forms a generational leadership team committed to building lasting legacies through innovation, integrity, and impact.
